Hello, i'm unable to cancel my 'free' trial also. I have not been sent any email with the ID number in or password so i can't get into the cancellation process, it should have been registered under the same email i have used to register for this forum. thanks in advance.

I tried to get the auto-renewal off and it stated they were unable to. I then followed the suggestion to go to the store and look up the order number and cancel the subscription through there. I put the ID and password that were given to me and it states that it is invalid information. I then tried the contact us option and filled out the form. It would not allow me to submit it! I DO NOT want this product. I don't use it and WILL NOT pay for it. Please cancel my subscription before I am charged for it. Thank you! Order ID is 13390522206.

P.S. Your cancellation process needs to be revamped and made easier!
