Same problem - cancelled on the last day BUT now my 2013 Word and Excel don't work. Looking at the forum and I ain't finding much help. Uninstalled all the Avast products and uninstalled Office and still have the same problem. Is this like a form of ransomware?

          I am also having the exact same problem as several users on here. There is no option anywhere in either the desktop app, or the Avast webpage for me to cancel my Cleanup free trial. Neither do I have an option to cancel automatic renewal. Would someone kindly help me out here??

I was able to find your record associated with the email address you have registered here on the forum however there is only Avast Pro Antivirus in your account, I cannot see the Cleanup there.

Could you please send me in PM email address or name and surname you have used when you purchased Cleanup Trial so I can track it down?
