Hi,

I have the same problem as many others. I can't cancel my Avast Cleanup premium subscription, I haven't recieved any verification email so I can't my oreder ID. Could you please help me with unsubscription? My licence key is VZVGXA-JSJMG2-4XC9CW.

The trial period is still valid until April 1 so you can still enjoy our product until then.

The problem also is that I spent hours trying to find a solution online in time as there was no button to cancel it in my licence tab and did not find it so I was charged. I hope to still unsubscibe and ask for a refund, but as others I don't have any ID. Could you help me with that too?

To who it may concern,

I was offered to try the Avast Cleanup free trial again after not finding much of a difference the first time. While it did say it cleaned up my PC again on this trial I still don't find a significant difference so was attempting to unsubscribe. As seems to be the case from other posts I was not sent an Avast Order Id email so I can not send an email asking for removal of the service, and attempting to do so through the website using the License code gives back an error message.

I would like to cancel the subscription as it expires this month (March 17th, 2020) before I am charged for a service I would no longer like.

License ID: MTZGL6-KGZ8GJ-4JC7YJ

If you could, could you please Unsubscribe me from this service. Thank you.

I can see that your subscription has been already converted to paid license, which means you have been charged for money.
I assume that you didn't want the paid license but I am not able to cancel it for you.
