Password Recovery

Hello, today I have received an email telling me that I have paid my subscription, which I forgot to turn off.. okay money are send, but I can't log into my account. When I try to get my password back it tells me "This email is not found in our system" or something like that .. So how can I get email that I have paid the subscription and later on, this email is not in your system. Would be very happy if you contact me or renew my password. (Email linked to this forum account).

This forum is related to Avast Passwords product which is password manger. I have only limited capabilities to investigate issues on other components. I can see our system knows your account and I have sent you password recovery email to your email address. If you still have an issue please contact our official support.
