There are no sanction against Iran (yet), so there is enough time to refund the money and apologize for the inconvenience.

avast in Europe and the EU has not banned Iran. Only America is boycotting Iran.

Now why a company in Europe must act outside the EU rules and act in accordance with US law, this is not acceptable.

You are oppressing the Iranian people and violating human rights.

If you do not want to serve Iran, why you did it in Iran, why you built the Persian language site and wrote it for services to the Iranians?

We bought the license and now says it is a sanction?
Is not it wrong?
Is this not a violation of the rights of the buyer?
Is not this discriminating?

Iran and European countries do not have a problem, but why is its company banning Iran?

This policy is wrong. In the future, you will notice what you did wrong?

We Iranians always sought peace and friendship and we always resisted oppression.

American corporations like Apple and Microsoft and Google and Yahoo have not boycott us how you may act in a European country to rules America?

Avast must stop this nonsense, not us

Avast has stolen from me. Has deceived us. Why should I be silent now?

If it complied with the rules, we should not sell our licenses. Now sold should be responding.

You must be embarrassed.

You are not embarrassed and you tell me to be silent?

Get your money back that's all Avast can do since it can't sell to you.
Complain to your government or move to another country.

You are insulting me and my country. Do we do that, do not you get upset?

You have violated my rights.

Whenever you sell your country and I will leave my country and go to another country.

I must use the license until the end of validity. This is my right.

And please do not answer bob3160. Let senior Avast officials respond.

Why do you violate my rights?
You are not allowed to violate my right.

 I'm angry at you.

You forgot - this is a support forum between users of the software. Only sometimes someone from the company looks here.
WE do not violate anything, we try to help if possible ;-)

The same laws should have prevented Avast to sell the product to begin with ; but no, Avast was happy to get the money and now is "the law" which prevents Avast to deliver the product.

Stop your useless complaining and get your refund as suggested a long time ago.

It is not good for a security application to depend on politically feasible factors, if that application were to stop immediately being reliable. Many peoples trust Avast for its origin, but this case would show that it is also tied to US laws, not respecting the rights of thousands or millions of users who do not have or do not want to have any relationship with those unilateral policies.
