Negativate an Site by try to SCAM people, charging false services

Hi, I was contact by HR career-ladders[.]com, and they try to charge me by 3 sites, 2 of them are other HR global-route[.]com and pro-caccia[.]com. It highly uncommum this, uses other HR sites to charge people. I do some resource in internet and found that other people get cauth by this trap.
I negativate them, but for reason I used Other - as there is no specific reason for fraude.
I will be nice if there is an specific reasom for it, like SPAM, FRAUDE, FALSE SERVICE.

I don't see any malicious content on those sites, so there is no reason for us to block them.
