Safezone

Hi everyone, on my Avast account I'm told that Safezone is installed but disabled, and to enable it to go to settings.
Which I have done settings/components and there is no safezone to be enabled that I can see.

I remember there has been the same problem around a year ago for others too.

Can you help me resolve this Safezone issue please as I want to use it for banking etc.
