Cancel auto renew

Hi everyone, how do i cancel auto renew on all of my Avast accounts, I have vascular dementia and it is getting worse so I will not be requiring my accounts much longer, however i have found the process of cancelling my subscriptions and auto renews very problematic, any help please, many thanks for your time.
