I paid for updgrade, it worked a few days, now I'm back to free account

I signed up for an upgrade. Avast took my money via digital river. Upgrade worked a few days. Payment went thru. Now my avast software says I'm a free account and no sign that I purchased a license. My payment went through via paypal. I can't find any way to contact Avast to look into this.
