Hi, I enjoy AVAST but unfortunately I need a refund due to current limitations on my finances. I simply need to save money. I was auto-billed and did not receive activation codes or no way to recover the purchased products. I had to reset my computer and had to reinstall AVAST and now I was billed for a product I have no way of retrieving. The price is much too high than what I would like to pay as well so I will need a refund. I contacted support but so far no response.
