Hi,
my phone was stolen on Sunday and so i try to track it.
I have Free Avast Mobile Security & Antivirus 2018 installed on my phone with all permissions the app asked for. The version of AMS must be the latest because i have auto update activated.
I have a Galaxy S7 mini with the latest android version/update. I think it must be oreo but i am not 100% sure.
Now my problem is that My Avast displays my Phone with a subtitel the tells me that Anti Theft ist installed. But if i click on it i get only the message: WE ARE SORRY, BUT DETAILED INFORMATION FOR DEVICE SM-G930F IS CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE.
Is there a way to activate the remote control options in My Avast afterwards without my device?
Or is there at least the opportunity to control my device by another device with AMS installed (SMS commands) my pin is noted.
