sppextcomobjhook.dll PROBLEM

So everytime I start my computer and when my avasts turns on i get a pop-up. Its showing that it has detected a infected file. The file name is sppextcomobjhook.dll and its in the windows temp file. Avast auto-removes it but it keeps showing up when ever I turn on my computer. Help? :-\

Attach your basic diagnostic logs. (MBAM and FRST)

it`s like going to the doctor, if the medicine you have (avast) can't fix it then he need to take some tests to diagnose what and why

No security program have 100% detection or zero false positives

Are you running any craked microsoft program?
