A problem with Avast IS, AV

Hi
For now we faced a problem with Avast IS, Avast AV.
In Ukraine we have software product that
have all our customers: MeDOC for electronic documents exchange.
Today we received an update(11.00.001) of our product.
At the time of installation avast deletes files.
This causes the product to malfunction and we are forced to re-install our product!
