RPC Server is unavailable...

What is going on ??.. This started when I was updating Avast... This needs to be fix... I'll be emailing the company and demand a refund.... The Avast Clean Up works fine... but, not my Avast Premier... I;ll have no choice but to switch over to Bitdefender....

- Which version of Premier..?
- OS..? (32/64 Bit..? - which SP/Build..?)
- Other security related software installed..?
- Which AV(s) did you use before Avast..?
