For months I could not use Incredimail. Either it took 5 to 10 times to load or it just closed the program all together. Recently I discovered it was Avast causing the problem.
This was a surprise. I disabled all the shields one day, Incredimail loaded and worked propely. That was an Ah ha moment.
My fix was to add Incredimail's file path to the exclusions.
