Windows XP Password

Hi all.

I know that I asked this question before, but I cannot for the life of me, find the answer that was given.

My question/scenario is, I have a laptop with Windows XP installed but I have forgotten/misplaced the password but I think I know the user account.  Is there a way that I can reset my password and/or user account or will I have to reinstall XP?

If someone can advise that would be great and/or direct me to my original post where I think it was answered?  Completely unsure.
