securline reinstall

Hi
Having problem with the secureline. Every week i after reinstall due it keeps saying error disconnected every time i try to connect but as soon as i reinstall its ok for about a week then i after do it again. Is this normal or is there anything i  can do to stop it.

I have no idea of what version i am using all i no is that i am on windows 10 and system is a 64 bit and using free version of AVG.

My secureline VPN is not working. I run Avast Premier and it tells me I have 4 privacy issues I click Resolve and I get a sales pitch for secureline. Nothing resolved. How do I install it so it works?[/i]

You can disable the ads in the paid versions: Avast GUI -> Settings -> Privacy
