Sorry but I don't see an issue and don't know what you're concerned about.

Concerned that at some level of the operating system that UAC is compromised?  It doesn't even work as a sales pitch for Avast since they've already told me what the issue is and how to 'solve' it ?

Precisely.

A sales pitch by Avast may indicate a problem where there may not be one.  Almost always the 'problem' is solvable only by buying their program.

As bob3160 said, uninstall your unwanted feature.  Problem solved.
Windows 10 Home 64-bit 22H2 Avast Premier Security version 24.1.6099 (build 24.1.88821.762)  UI version 1.0.797
 UI version 1.0.788.  Windows 11 Home 23H2 - Windows 11 Pro 23H2 Avast Premier Security version 24.2.6105 (build 24.1.8918.827) UI version 1.0.801

Yet not a single other person has come forward to say they've also seen this UAC message?

Aha.

As in "You can lead a horse to water, but you cannot make it drink".  Solution has been provided.

*facepalm* Whilst being fully aware that software tries to get you to install the paid version, telling me to just ignore the warning is not really a solution? It doesn't seem like the standard kind of thing, registry has broken items, system has lots of junk, programs are slowing down your PC. UAC being turned off sounds more serious.

If I just wanted to ignore the warnings I know how to do that, that's not a solution. What I wanted is for at least someone else to confirm they've ever seen this specific UAC is turned off message (no one has confirmed, Bob suggested to look at forum post #32 on another thread, but that didn't say anything about UAC?).

If you genuinely know that this UAC turned off message is used as a marketing tool, why not just say so rather than being patronising?

Anddddd by the way, it doesn't say anything like "install Avast premium to fix", it just says "Turn UAC on".
