Please help. I have a serious installation program.
Avast froze on a windows 10 machine (brand new) with the message "installation in progress, do not turn off your computer."
I can not make it quit. It wont go away if I try to end task it. I even restarted the computer and it's still there (cortana tells me that she's going to pick up where I left off). When I open task manager the avast installation programs aren't doing anything. No cpu cycles. No memory. But they will not quit.
I'm literally about to do a system reset. Can someone help me?
