Sync Across Devices
« on: May 26, 2018, 07:13:35 PM »
Will Avast ever implement sync across devices for this browser?  Chrome syncs EVERYTHING, tabs, passwords, bookmarks, etc.  Makes life so much easier for those of us that use different computers and devices during the day.

Thank you.  This is the only issue keeping me from using the Avast browser as default.

You need to realize that the Secure Browser already has selected security related extensions built in.
Most likely, syncing all of your personal extensions isn't a desired action.
I imported all of my fav. from chrome and then added selected extensions. Once that's done,
save your bookmarks by exporting them.
Next time you install, you'll be able to import your saved stuff by importing the saved html file.

That's not what i mean at all.

I understand importing.

But Google Chrome SYNCS everything across devices in real tuime.  If I have 6 tabs open on my desktop running Chrome, then open a Chrome browser on another device, those 6 tabs will be there just as if I had opened them on the initial computer.  If I add or delete tabs, update contacts, passwords, etc... it all gets synced in real time.
