Can Avast Internet Security protect me from MITM attack?

Hello guys,
My name is Bryan, I'm a graphic designer. I sold my design in a one of online marketplace. one day i found my sales decreased and my money in balance also decreased by itself. I suspect my wifi network was hit by a hack from my neighbor.

Can Avast Internet Security protect my wifi connection from MITM attack?

Yes and No .... The world of malware and exploits is not static, it changes evry day, when one trick is detected those bad guys will look for a new

No security program have 100 % detection or zero false Positives

Avast WiFi Inspector can find problems in your router and network.

I think avast CAN'T protect you from MITM because it doesn't have that feature

You can use comodo firewall, which has MITM protection by enabling ARP spoofing protection

it's compatible with avast but I recommend you to disable hardware-based virtualization in avast for maximum compatibility

avast has wifi inspector, which can detect but it's a reactive feature. It can't protect proactively

also, you should change your bank account password, wifi password, even the name of your wifi

also you should use sandboxie or comodo firewall's sandbox every time you do a banking transaction so they can isolate you from the infected malware. moreover, you can use Chrome or firefox portable inside a sandbox so it's safer because your current browser used for transaction might be infected with a spyware or a malicious extension
