For the sake of clarification:

Since the secure browser has a separate download link listed above, is that aimed only at existing avast users who haven't yet updated to get the secure browser, or is it being made available to all internet users (who meet the other hardware/software requirements)?

Hi, ASB is a standalone product an can be used even without Avast installed.
