malware undetected in scan

so I have avast and my computer apparently has malware that avast cannot locate

people are getting the fake emails with links on them from"me" that just have a link
and
This is popping up in my browser with a loud beep

What is this ?Why does Avast no catch and how do i get rid of both issues above.

Dissapointed thet avast is missing this

And the link above is a HTML:FakeAlert    should be added to blacklist
