Master Agent Limited

Hi, we are currently in the process of migrating over to Avast Business from Avast Endpoint Suite, but I am having issues with the "Master Agent" feature. It seems that each "Master Agent" I set it "Limited" to being a local mirror only, with no way to use them for computer discovery/deployment. Is there a way to get more info on why these PCs/Servers cannot act as a master agent?

Is Avast not supporting this? They never responded to the ticket I created, and there are no replies on the forum regarding this. This is very disappointing for a business class software. It looks like I may not be renewing once the license expires.
