Guys iv been using Avast Premier for the past few years now ..and i thought i was complete with it ,i thought i didn't need any other application to use for defense

i began to Use Avast Premier , Malwarebytes Premium and McShield AntI- Malware Tool
so i wanted to know if its safe to use all three of them ...since i noticed that Malwarebytes protect from ransomware which is also on avast so i was wondering if i really need that? or now am 99.9% protected which is better??
or do you have any advice which you feel i need?
