While in the Navy, I was attached to Commander Fleet Air Western Pacific (ComFairWestPac), and TDY to MACV, with responsibility for the maintenace of Marine and Navy POW records from late 1968 until early 1971. There was only one Hayden on the POW/MIA list, and he's dead.
Certainly, you might have been in country before or after me, so you might want to contact the Department of Defense, and have them correct their records, because you're not showing up on any list of returned POWs from the Vietnam war.
