vpn didn't work,I want to refund, but avast didn't reponse

I bought vpn several days ago ,I found that vpn service didn't work in China ,SO I want to get refund via the support page, but avast didn't deal with it .my mail address:lx9999#qq.com (#=@)

what should I do now?
should I get help from the government?

I recommend you to send your refund request using the English page and, of course, using the English language. The answer may come a little faster.

At the next time, search on your web search favorite engine for the VPN services which works on China. There's a lot of them.
