I received a virus infection warning at a time when I tried to play video from the desktop to the tv via wi-fi. Since this had never happened before, I closed it without taking any action. However, from there, I can no longer play video on TV via wi-fi, only on the desktop. I do not know if I sent any system files to the quarantine, it appears to be empty and the computer seems normal, with no suspicion of infection, but I can no longer play videos on TV.

Any suggestion?

Sorry, I'm not allowed to install or download anything on this computer.
So how will this topic become irrelevant, how can I delete it?
