« on: June 20, 2018, 10:27:32 AM »
Hi,

Avast Business Cloud Management Console 5.9 has just been released today (20th June). This release delivers a date format selector and some bug fixes. You will be notified when the release has occurred upon logging into your Avast Cloud Management Console.

  • You can now change the date format within all areas of the Cloud Console. DD/MM/YYYY and 1 Jan 2018 formats are available for selection in English, Spanish, Italian, French and Portuguese.

Bug Fixes
  • Fixed: Number of seats will be displayed under the “See more details” link under the “Licenses” section if you have more than 1 license entered into the Management Console.
  • Fixed: Double loading text showing in the Tasks Panel.
  • Fixed: “All Statuses” filter option in Devices section will show devices with other filters selected like “Operating System” and “All Licenses”.
  • Fixed: Survey that appears in our Console will now show available buttons on the page as some were not fully visible.

Bugs and more information can be found in our release notes below:

When can we expect to see an update to the on-site console?

Not all of us want to use the cloud based one.

Avast took it upon themselves to change the default date display format, but there is no option on how to change it back?

Please let your users know how to do something that should be very simple. (and shouldn't have been changed by default in the first place)
