Update Firefox to version 61 and TLS 1.3

Good morning.
Firefox is telling people that the problem with SSL_ERROR_RX_RECORD_TOO_LONG which is happening in the new version (61) is because avast has not fixed up something that has to do with TLS 1.3.
This is what they are saying:
"Open the dashboard of your Avast or AVG application.
Go to Menu > Settings > Components and click Customize next to Web Shield.
Uncheck the box next to Enable HTTPS Scanning and confirm this by clicking OK."
Which I´m not going to do.
