no recbi mi punto de recompensa

saludos amigos , mi cuestion es la planteada en el titulo , recomende mediante el link provisto en la pestaña recompesas el antivirus a un amigo el lo instalo , lo esta usando , y a mi jamas me contabilizo el punto paso casi una semana ya , alguien sabe donde debo reclamar ? desde ya muchas gracias !!!

greetings friends, i recommended through the link provided in the tab rewards the antivirus to a friend, he installed it, and is using it, but i never get my reward point , it's happened almost a week ago, someone knows where I should claim?  thank you very much !!!
