I accepted an offer to purchase Avast Clean Up Premium at a discount. I managed to get a copy downloaded, installed it, and ran it. All it did was to scan my computer. If I wanted to clean up my computer, I had to pay further. Either tell me what I'm doing wrongly or how to get my money back, please

according to what you described it seems that for some reason your Avast Cleanup Premium product has not been activated.
