Avast Free! Site Blocking in Web Shield won't work

This happens instantly when program updated to the newest version 18.5.23.42.
Every time I check "Enable Site Blocking" and click OK, soon it greys out automatically.

Updated to 18.6.2349 - No improvement: Still not fixed on 21 Sept 2018.
Maybe Avast doesn't consider these features as essential and like to spend more effort on pushing the sales of their additional bloatware-like packages? Already managed to get out of Auto-renew...

- Detection dialog not displayed for Web Shield when set to Ask
- Wrong reporting of Wi-Fi Inspector scan progress percent
- Site blocking works again
- Rescue disc
- Reporting of AV and Firewall state to Windows Security Center
- Explorer scan result not added to Notification Center
- Removed Enable offline mode option in free version tray icon

Repair Avast:
Control Panel> Program and Features (Add/remove program)>Select Avast> Select Repair. Reboot when completed
