Two issues with avast for Linux

The problem is the "system_bus_socket" file, which is not an actual file but a named pipe.  This is what is stalling out the scanner.  As mentioned before, Fprot GUI is not having a problem with the /var/run/dbus directory.  Just Avast.

What's happen, if you try the command-line scanner:
/usr/lib/avast4workstation/bin/avast /var/run/dbus

There's avast.pot file in the installation package. You can start to translate avast! workstation to you language.

Please, what's happen, if scanning /var/run/dbus directory, if you try this command:

libesmtp.so.5 is located at /usr/lib/avast4workstation/lib/

But libesmtp.so.5.1.4 library should be in /usr/lib/avast4workstation/lib-esmtp directory. Is it there?

That new library version works by overwriting it over the old one.  In other words, I renamed it to the old library file name.  I don't know if this should have been done but it will now scan /var/dbus/
