Avast Anti Theft no connection to device

Hello,

I purchased the anti theft software for my Android Samsung S9 and when I go to My Avast admin page, I can get NONE of the functions to work except the location option and that is only partially functioning.

For Photo, Audio record, lock, siren etc...   I get UNABLE TO CONNECT TO DEVICE

Why is this such a fail?

How do we trouble shoot and get this to work as advertised?

Did you go into the avast app, on the left side click on anti theft and enable all the options? Also you have to allow a lot of permissions for the avast app for the lock, locate, siren etc features to work

i've got the same trouble. No commands work and I receive notification: !!!at.error.exception.PushCannotBeDelivered!!! when try to save the Anti-Theft configuration with PIN AVAST record on site avast

Hi. Same matter for me. I can't use any function of antitheft on my android device. At each time, I have the message that it can't connet to my device. Does anybody have the issue?

So I'm not the only one that is receiving "CONNECTION - Authorization failed. Sorry.  OK"
I have gone over all the setting and followed the set up  support.  WHO CAN HELP??? :( :( :(

Same issue here with my Galaxy S9.

But in my case a I can´t even use the location function. In fact, none of the Anti-Theft commands from the  My Avast admin page are working.

I'm having the same problem. I just want to make sure that the app works correctly but none of the functions seem to work.
