SECURELINE/VPN vs. mail outlook.com/Hotmail

Hi guys (and ladies),

The fact that mails from outlook.com/Hotmail can't be sent/received when SECURELINE is running (Office 2016/Windows 10 PRO and Office 2007/Windows 8.1),
seems not to be fixed yet?!

Any solutions?

Hello,

you have posted to the Mac forum. I don't think that there is something that could be fixed on the Avast's side. IMAP/STMP traffic isn't handled in any special way in the VPN tunnel. If the email services do not work when connected to VPN, it is typically because of IP address restrictions set by the email service provider.
