Avast Mail Shield is not working on my Outlook.

Hi everyone,

When i open "apple's mail program" avast mail shield is working. I see scanned files. But it does't work on my "Outlook".

For Windows users there is a solition (input certificate) but i did't find anything for apple users. I've been tired.

Please help me.

Hello,

our mail shield scans IMAP and POP3 protocols which are used for downloading mails from mail servers; we scan all the mail traffic regardless the mail app. However if Outlook uses other protocol for retrieving mail, we do not scan such traffic. Most mail servers support IMAP nowadays, so it should be possible for you to configure Outlook to use that protocol.
