For me the Article is there (using Firefox), but it is a slight language redirection from that URL https://support.avast.com/en-ww/article/18/, which I believe is en(English)-ww(World Wide).

Essentially there is nothing you can do.

Only Avast Users who are using the Avast Online Security browser add on can actually see this information if it is available.  Only those users using the Avast Online Security browser add on can actually vote on your site.

As has been said in this post and others.
Users need to vote your site.
