I dont want this I never wanted it and do i have to sue you in a court .and i cant .I do not have an e-mail telling my I purchased this .I do not have any order number or anything relating to to this

I've just been charged payment for an ugrade I did not order. I feel very disappointed with Avast and wish to end any sort of contact with the company. I just don´t know how to contact it.

Same kind of shit happened to me.
One hour ago I lost $39,99 from my credit card for a DRI*AVAST Software.
There was no order and no e-mail from Avast to confirm such a deal!
I've just send them request for refund with the Order ID: #00000000.
Will see what happens.

To clarify, we did send out notification emails. However, it seems that you sign up for the trial subscription using an invalid email address.

I`ve got my Avast account and am logged in my Avast Premium Security and Avast Cleanup Premium but with another card, without credit limit :)

Hi,

When signing up for a subscription one needs to manually enter details (email, credit card etc.)
An Avast Account is not automatically created when you purchase an Avast subscription. - https://support.avast.com/en-ww/article/210/#idt_0120

I have the same problem. I keep getting charged $42.79 for DRI*AVAST SOFTWARE avast.com/ord MN 10/03 even though I have cancelled all of my subscriptions.  I can't even find this one in my list of subscriptions.
