I have the same issue that is mentioned in the title. Got no notification before the trial version was ended, have no e-mails with the order ID, when I log into my Avast account there are no active subscriptions, I can't manage either of them. The transactions have been initiated by the same vendor, beginning with DRI* (Digital River). I have submitted a refund form at Avast and Digital River both, I am however unsure if they are going to get back to me. I found no direct customer support thereby I must write here. Does anyone can help?
I have contacted my bank, they have informed me that the payment is on hold and they can in fact release the amounts in 8 days - if the vendor won't touch it. In case it happens otherwise, I must get back to them with a dispute claim by reporting fraudulent behaviour.
