The charge account Reference #: 8801015954 dated as per credit card statement of account on March 28 with an amount of P1,190 Php.

Please assist me on this request as I found this as an illegal and unauthorized transaction that requires immediate attention.

I got charged by "DRI*AVAST SOFTWARE AVAST.COM/ORD IE CNY228.00" into my credit card. I have no clue the reason behind and I dont have the charge account reference as well. I dont see any info under my subscription page. I need to get a refund on this.
