just installed firefox esr and it's showing this

I've never seen this on Firefox ESR until today.

I don't know what TLS means so I uninstalled it.

I just reinstalled it and I didn't get any warning message.  Also remembered all of my add on's.

Additional Info
Not nearly as many privacy add on's as there used to be.
