Running avastclear after uninstalling avast?

So i just uninstall avast from control panel. Now do i need to run avastclear to make sure everything clear?

It shouldn't be necessary unless you are experiencing problems.  It is meant to be used if you have a problem using the regular Control Panel > Programs & Features > Avast - Uninstall function.

If you're re-installing Avast, avastclear shouldn't be needed. If you're having a problem or intend to install
another AV, by all means, use the Avast removal tool.
