vpn account and connection issues
« on: July 07, 2018, 04:35:27 PM »
Avast continues to be unable to resolve my issue with the VPN not connecting. So I got an email from support offering to convert the funds to my Avast anti virus, extending the anti-virus til 2020. I said yes, but haven't heard any follow up. They reiterated about the refund not being available after 30 days. I guess they are trying to make me a satisfied customer. I will wait and see when the response will come and I see a change in the account. Communication does not seem to be that great with this company.

The support can take a few days to give you a proper response. This is one of the most weak points of Avast products.
Just wait and everything is going to be ok.  ;)
