If it isn't yours, just right click the master folder in the User account and hit delete.

if you're not sure, run FRST64 (https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/farbar-recovery-scan-tool/dl/82/) and scan. Post the log here and either I will swing by and give the fixlist of someone like Sass or dbrise can. (They know more then I do about FRST. But it'd be a simple script)
