html-paypal-b-phish?

My response center triggers a html-paypal-b-phish warning with avast free. The technicians say the problem is NOT in the system, but it is my computer. I had a technician go through my entire computer, all scans could not identify anything on my computer. Is this a false warning? I am hesitant to say it is okay if it is real malware....

I have the same problem:

Running latest Avast update. "HTML:Paypal-B [Phish]" is not in the list here: https://www.avast.com/virus-update-history

Can't find a solution anywhere. No anti virus producer has posts up about this.
Called Paypal and ofcourse there's nothing wrong with their website.
Avast comes with the error but can't detect any virusses on my PC.
Nor can any malwhare scanner find anything.

Please help and sort this issue !
