Difficulty in disabling Avast
« on: July 24, 2018, 09:05:44 AM »
I've got some system files corrupted and I'm sure Avast is also one of the victims. I just want to reinstall avast but for that, I need to first disable and then uninstall it. But I can't figure out the right way to disable it. Can someone please help me?
Thanks.

Hi katherinepoole930g,
you can try https://www.avast.com/uninstall-utility
it should remove all avast files from pc than you can try new installation.
