I´ve chosen some programs to startup when I start Windows, but something is disabling my choice.

could you please be more specific, so we can understand what is your issue?
I mean please specify which operating system you have, which programs you have put to sleep before you restart the PC and which of them have some issues when the Windows starts.
Also if you could provide us with logs it would be highly appreciated because it would give us a better picture of your problem.
You can simply send them by executing our log collector utility from this path
C:\Program Files (x86)\AVAST Software\Avast Cleanup\tulogcollector.exe assuming that you have still Avast Cleanup installed on your computer.
