Hello, I recently bought your product for a year, I used it for a week, but at the moment the program has stopped connecting to servers, it lasted more than a week, what should I do?

Before we can help you, some information are needed.
Which operational system? Windows, macOS, Android or iOS.
Which SecureLine VPN version you have? Standalone or builtin.
Which error message?
