hi
i installed Avast management console in a server which has "small avast administration" SOA console
the installation of avast management went well without any issue , only the issue is to connect to internet by activating , downloading and updating ,
this server getting the internet from ISA server
the internet is working good in this server, browsing downloading , SOA getting the updates with no issue
only thru management business doesn't want to activate or update, when i update or try to activate there is no connectivity showing on ISA server , it seems cant connect to ISA,,,
when i connect the server directly to internet , it gets the activation and updates
i tried to do many thing with no luck
i uninstall the SOA with endpoint protection , no luck
i looked at firewall at the server , i made most of the options open , no luck
please any advise will be helpful
